I had a loved one, that needed a bailbondsman and the staff at the downtown location helped me so much. They were efficient and very patient. Its been 6 hours since we paid the bond and its been posted and we are still out here at the jail waiting I have never seen a bonds office take this long.. The lady at the place called us back and apologized that was really awesome of her so maybe i over reacted I dont believe it was intentional. It just happen so yes i would use them again
