How to Get Out of Jail

1: Get All the Information.

Which jail are they in?

What is the charge?

Their full name?

Their date of birth?

The Bail Bond process begins with you contacting our Bail Bonds Agency. A Bail Bond Company normally will charge you a premium according to the Bail set by the judge. You will have to pay this amount or arrange a payment plan with us to assemble the funds. Cash, credit cards, and checks are just some of the ways in which we help our clients pull together the amount for premium needed.

The Bail Bond Agency guarantees the full amount of the Bail to the Court as guarantee that the person will appear. You may be required to guarantee that appearance in court by signing a contract with us. In some cases, collateral will be needed to secure the bond.

2: Call AAA Dallas Bail Bonds.

We Have 4 Locations Around Dallas.

The Bail Agent will ask you some basic questions relating to who, what, where, and why the person is in custody. The Agent will also ask you questions about the personal history of the person being held such as where they work, previous arrests, time in current residence.

Stay Home, Stay Calm, and Be Ready For Phone Calls. We will next call the facility where the person is being held and determine exact bail information and develop a plan to get the person released. Remember, many jurisdictions are very slow in processing and often have their telephone lines overloaded with calls.

A Bail Agent will call you as soon as this determination is made to discuss the plan and make Bail arrangements with you.

3: Get Ready to Come to Our Office.

We will need for you to come by the office to fill out the proper paperwork. Make sure to bring your State issued ID and references of people that know you with address and phone numbers. Once the paperwork has been filled out and the premium has been paid, we will write the bond that will release the person from custody. The process of jail release usually takes from 2 to 8 hours depending on the facility where the person is being held.

So far, the process has been completed, please remember that the person that has just been released from jail has 24 hours to come to our office to report and fill out his or her own paperwork. Very important instructions and agreements will be given and explained to the defendant in order to secure a better handling of your individual legal situation.
